Services
We provide installation, monitoring, and maintenance of AI-enabled smart climate control systems ("Services").
Scheduling and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a service appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. To request a new date, contact our support team.
Refund Policy
Service payments qualify for a refund only if HydroClara cancels the appointment. In such cases, the payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, no refund will be granted due to resource allocation.
Digital Products
HydroClara InfoKit is a digital guide providing best practices for climate system optimization ("Info Products").
Access and Delivery
Upon purchase, digital content is available immediately for download.
Refund Policy
Due to instantaneous delivery, Info Products are non-refundable once accessed, except when defective or not as described. In such cases, customers may submit a request within 7 days for assessment toward a partial or full refund.
Physical Goods
We offer compatible hardware components and sensors ("Goods").
Shipping and Handling
Goods are dispatched within 5 business days of order confirmation.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Customers may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. To initiate the process, contact our support team. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Exchanges are processed after receipt of the sent-back item.
Shipping costs for sent-back items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

HydroClara reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
